About the role

AYC Group is a wholesale distributor of equipment, furniture, parts, and accessories for hair, nail, and beauty salons and spas.

We're looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst to bring analytic rigor to how goods move through our supply chain — from freight distribution to warehouse stock integrity — so our salon and spa partners get the equipment they need, on time.

What you'll do

• Apply analytic methods, statistical data modeling, and cost/benefit analyses to evaluate end-to-end supply chain, freight distribution, and logistics performance.
• Develop, track, and analyze key logistics metrics, including on-time delivery rates, order fulfillment rates, inventory turn rates, and transportation cost variances.
• Monitor inventory flows and analyze warehouse stock integrity across our distribution center.
• Forecast future demand requirements for salon and spa equipment, furniture, parts, and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors and freight carriers to optimize shipping routes and reduce transportation costs.

What you'll need

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 6 months of relevant experience.
• Comfort working with statistical data modeling and logistics metrics.
